Books You Gotta Read

Where Buddha Meets Business

The Last Law of Attraction Book You Will Ever Need to Read by Andrew Kap

Have you ever met someone and immediately had this kinship with them like you’ve known them before, or have you just felt so comfortable in their presence?

Well, that’s how I felt when I first met Andrew Kap, and we had such a terrific rapport that he invited me to be a guest on his podcast. So, of course, I had to read all of his books!

Before I go into this review, I need to share something personal with you…

I think I have an addiction problem around The Law of Attraction books…

Yeah, I outed myself – it’s true.

I’ve read at least 20 or more on this subject, from Wayne Dyer’s Wishes Fulfilled to Eric Butterworth’s Spiritual Economics and more!

The list is long and wide from practical – Rich Dad Poor Dad, by Robert Kiyosaki, to Ask And It Is Given, by Esther & Jerry Hicks. (Plus, one of my all-time favorites – The Trick to Money is Having Some! By Stuart Wilde. He’s written a lot of books. I’ve read them and recommend them all.)

[Side note — I truly am doing my darndest to get all those reviews up here, and it’s a process. :-)]

So, what exactly is The Law of Attraction? In a nutshell – your thoughts and emotions become things (can manifest into reality), or what you think and feel can influence your life.

Historically the Law of Attraction has been around for a VERY long time – according to Wikipedia – “In 1855, the term “Law of Attraction” appeared in The Great Harmonia, written by the American spiritualist Andrew Jackson Davis, in a context alluding to the human soul and spheres of the afterlife. The first articulator of the law of attraction as a general principle was Prentice Mulford.”

I’ve tried to read Mulford, and hands down, Andrew’s book is miles better and easy to implement and create an impact in your life.

The first book I read of Andrew’s (or listened to it on Audible) was this one – The Last Law of Attraction Book You Will Ever Need to Read. (He has three books out now. Check out down below for links to his other two books.)

There are so many things I LOVE about this book. The main one is his personal writing style. The whole time I was walking and listening to Andrew in my head, I felt like we were having coffee in my favorite bookshop. I truly felt like he was talking to me.

The interesting thing about this genre of nonfiction, which some call “self-help” books about the law of attraction, is they range from practical to the very woo-woo and much in between. That’s probably why I love reading these books because my mind is constantly being exposed and expanded by all these ideas and ways of thinking. That’s why I read so many on the same subject. It creates fireworks in my brain and fuels my other businesses and my personal life too….

That leads me to my second confession – yeah, I’m addicted to learning, and I shared that on paper too… Wow, two confessions in one post, that’s a first for me…

Whether you’re new to Law of Attraction books, or an old hat like me, this literally is the last book you need to read on the subject.

Andrew gives you such a tight and useful framework that will work for anyone…

A Book Summary to Inspire You To Read It!

Quick Summary: The book teaches you how to apply the Law of Attraction to manifest your desires. The book emphasizes the power of positive thinking and emotions and provides practical techniques and exercises to help you align your thoughts and emotions with their desires.

One of the unique aspects of the book is the use of meditation as a tool for manifestation. Kap provides various guided meditations and visualizations to help you relax, focus, and create a clear mental image of your desired outcomes. He also teaches you how to overcome limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns that may be holding you back from manifesting your desires.

In addition to providing practical techniques and exercises, Kap also shares personal stories and insights from his own experience with the Law of Attraction. He offers a relatable and down-to-earth perspective on the topic, making it accessible and easy to understand.

Who Ought to Read this Book: If you’re struggling with a lack of mindset and a negative brain that’s keeping you little and feeling like crap, this book will give you an incredible boost. Plus, if you’ve ever read any other books on the Law of Attraction, you have to add this one to the mix. There’s a reason the title is so strong – it may well be the last book you will ever want to read on this subject. One of the core reasons is its practical approach which makes it an effective book that works when you work through the principles. The history alone of The Law of Attraction and how long it’s been written about is all I needed to start reading books by Andrew and others.

Things You Will Discover:

The book provides a step-by-step guide to help readers understand and apply the Law of Attraction effectively. Kap emphasizes the importance of gratitude, visualization, and positive affirmations and teaches readers how to overcome limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns. He also discusses the role of intuition and taking inspired action in manifesting desires.

One of the unique aspects of the book is the use of meditation as a tool for manifestation. Kap provides a variety of guided meditations and visualizations to help you align your thoughts and emotions with your desires.

Some of the Best Tools From the Book In More Detail:

Positive Affirmations: They are essential to overcoming your limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns. Plus, Kap gives you many examples of affirmations that you can use to reinforce positive beliefs and manifest your desires.

Gratitude practice: It’s best to create a daily habit of practicing gratitude. You will be amazed at how much better you feel when you start to list in your mind all the things you’re grateful for when you wake up, when you go to sleep, or throughout your day. It’s interesting how it impacts your feelings. And how if you’re having a bad day, immediately stop and list in your head what you’re grateful for, and you literally feel better. One of the reasons is that you can’t hold two opposing feelings at the same time. Kap also provides some helpful exercises to help you develop a rewarding gratitude practice.

Visualization: This is one of THE powerful tools for manifesting desires. I’ve read so many books on this topic. Yet, the way Kap describes it and gives you specific exercises is hands down one of the best tools in this book. The visualization exercises will help you create clear, vivid mental images of your desired outcomes.

Guided meditations: This is another important and impactful tool for manifestation. Kap provides various guided meditations to help you relax, focus, and align your thoughts and emotions with your desires.

Journaling: It’s a tool that can help you identify and release limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns. This is essential to go deeper with what you are thinking and feeling from day to day. I’ve kept a daily journal for years. It not only helps with my mindset, but it’s also helping me improve my writing, which is a bonus. One thing that I found really helpful in the book is that Kap provides some insightful journaling prompts. These will help you explore your thoughts and emotions on a different level and also help you develop a more positive mindset.

Inspired action: While focusing on positive thoughts and emotions is important, Kap also emphasizes the importance of taking action toward manifesting your desires. He suggests you follow your intuition and take inspired action toward your goals. Relying on your intuition is essential when working with all these tools to guide you to manifest your desires.

This book is the Last Law of Attraction Book You Will Ever Need to Read because Kap gives you all the crucial tools and techniques to guide you to create the life you’ve always dreamed about. The book also gives you practical and accessible techniques that are your comprehensive guide to accessing and working with the Law of Attraction.
